An official source in North Sinai Governorate confirmed that a Turkish ship carring on board 2,334 tons of various aid for the Gaza Strip arrived in Al-Arish sea port.
The source pointed out that it is the third time that Turkey provided aid to Gaza, adding that a team of Egyptian Red Crescent volunteers in North Sinai will unload the ship’s cargo and transport it on board of trucks to the warehouses of the city of Al-Arish in preparation for their entry into the strip.
The source indicated that the port of Al-Arish received several ships from a number of countries carrying large amounts of aid to Gaza. While two medical ships, one French and the other Italian, are docked at the port in Al-Raisa to provide treatment for the injured in Gaza.
