Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan discussed regional and international developments and efforts regarding them with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, who is currently visiting Turkey.
They also reviewed the relations between the two countries and their peoples, and explored ways to enhance and develop them in various fields.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prince Faisal conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to President Erdoğan, the Turkish government, and the Turkish people, wishing them further progress and prosperity.
In the same context, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul. They discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields, and addressed intensifying bilateral and multilateral coordination on issues of mutual concern.
Subsequently, the two ministers signed an amended protocol for the minutes of the establishment of the Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council, aimed at advancing relations between the two countries towards broader horizons in various fields, fulfilling the aspirations of the leadership and peoples of both countries.
