Head of Turkish-Egyptian Business Council, Mustafa Denizr, said on Wednesday, that Egypt will become the most important trade partner for Turkiye in future, noting that the volume of bilateral trade between them may reach $20 billion.
The Turkish official said that the decision of Turkey and Egypt to raise their diplomatic relations to the level of ambassadors will be reflected positively on the trade relations between both countries in the coming period, according to "Anadolu News Agency".
He added that both sides encourage mutual investments, pointing out that there are between 15 and 20 important Turkish investment projects in Egypt, especially in textiles and clothing.
