Turkish Ambassador to Egypt Salih Mutlu visited the second edition of the Denim & Jeans Exhibition, held at City Stars in Cairo, as the event brought together companies and industry leaders from around the world to showcase the latest developments in the denim and jeans sector.
The exhibition attracted around 60 companies from various countries, with 32 companies officially participating, reflecting the growing international interest in Egypt’s textile and apparel market.
During the visit, Mustafa Denizli, Chairman of the Egyptian-Turkish Business Council, toured the exhibition and met with representatives of participating companies to discuss their future plans and ongoing projects. He said the discussions highlighted strong confidence in Egypt as a regional hub for textile manufacturing and investment.
Denizli noted that several companies already operate offices in Egypt, underscoring the country’s increasing attractiveness as a base for regional and international operations.
The exhibition also included discussions with Mustafa Bayil, who spoke about ongoing preparations aimed at bringing together the global business community in the near future, stressing the importance of cooperation and networking within the industry.
The Denim & Jeans Exhibition serves as a key platform for strengthening international partnerships, exchanging expertise, and exploring new investment opportunities in one of the world’s most dynamic textile sectors.
