Turkish Amb.: Rapid Growth in Egypt-Turkey Relations with Priority on Investments, Co-op

Turkish Ambassador to Egypt, Salih Mutlu Şen, stated that relations between Egypt and Turkey are developing rapidly, highlighting that the Egyptian government has opened its doors to Turkish investors and provided all necessary support.

He emphasized that this reflects the priority Egypt places on Turkish investments.

Speaking at a meeting with Turkish businesspeople planning to invest $50 million in Egypt soon, Şen noted that under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s leadership, Egypt has adopted a strategy to localize industries and attract foreign investments. He added that Turkish investors coming to Egypt for growth will bring mutual benefits under the win-win principle for both nations.

Ambassador Şen stressed that Turkey, as part of its growing relations with Egypt, will prioritize industrial and technological cooperation. 

He stated that this decision reflects the Turkish government’s commitment to strengthening ties and that their strategy aims for the synchronized growth of both Egypt and Turkey
