Turkish Ambassador to Egypt, Salih Mutlu Sen recently met with Tunç Özkan, Chairman of Polaris Parks, and Osman Arıkan, the company’s General Manager, to review the firm’s latest projects and expansion plans within the Egyptian market.
During the meeting, it was highlighted that Polaris Parks has finalized the allocation procedures for a one-million-square-meter plot of land in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). This site is set to become the company’s fourth organized industrial zone in Egypt.
In addition to its industrial footprint, the company is moving forward with the development of a "private" residential project in Cairo.
Furthermore, Polaris Parks is actively studying new investment opportunities in both the tourism and agriculture sectors.
