Turkish Ambassador to Egypt Salih Mutlu attended the Coptic Easter Vigil Mass celebration held at St. Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Abbassia, joining Egyptian officials and a number of accredited ambassadors, following an invitation from Pope Pope Tawadros II.
In a post shared on X, the ambassador expressed appreciation for the invitation and extended his congratulations to Pope Tawadros II, to Coptic Christians in Egypt, on this occasion.
Mutlu also voiced hopes for the spread of peace across the world, stressing the importance of strengthening values of love, fraternity, and solidarity among nations and peoples.
