Anadolu Agency quoted the Turkish Interior Minister as saying that the "Emir of ISIS in Turkey" had been arrested.
"Dangerous plots in his possession were seized as well," Anadolu Agency reported.
This came in a tweet posted by Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu today, Tuesday.
Soylu thanked the Turkish security forces who managed to arrest the Emir of ISIS.
