Tunisian Foreign Minister (FM) Nabil Ammar discussed with his Gambian counterpart Mamadou Tangaro ways to support cooperation between the two sides.
In a statement, Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the meeting came on the sidelines of the Tunisian Foreign Minister’s participation in the high-level symposium on strengthening peace and security in Africa, held in Oran, Algeria.
The meeting reviewed bilateral relations, especially economic ones, and ways to develop them in various fields.
The ministry also indicated that the discussions included the field of immigration and consular cooperation, in addition to the two sides exchanging views regarding ways to enhance security and peace on the African continent and regional and international developments.
