Ingrid's Instagram live session went viral as fans took to social media and the hashtag 'Zayn is married' were trended quickly, which made Michaelson realized the mistake she made.
She later took to Instagram stories to clarify and apologized for her mistake, noting: "So I talked about my new song 'To Begin Again' featuring Zayn on my Patreon live stream, and I might have said he was married. I was wrong; He is not married. So, all of you Zayn fans, I'm so sorry to have brought you on this rollercoaster of emotions. I was mistaken; umm, he's not married. I'm sorry."
Malik and Hadid have been together for years and recently also welcomed their first daughter Khai into the world in September 2020.
