Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump warned Elon Musk in an interview on Monday that Israel is expecting an imminent attack tonight or tomorrow involving hundreds, possibly thousands, of missiles.

Trump cautioned that the Iron Dome could be overwhelmed if enough missiles are launched, rendering it incapable of defending itself.

He added, "Due to a lack of leadership, countries like Iran do not respect the United States." Trump further commented, "Any Jewish person who votes for Kamala Harris in the U.S. presidential election should have their head examined."

The former U.S. president was invited to speak with Musk, owner of the platform X, about his campaign, which has been marred by significant technological issues from the outset.

Trump strongly condemned Harris, labeling her as a "crazy far-left extremist" and considering her "much more leftist than Bernie Sanders."

He also criticized her stance on Israel, stating she is "very hostile to Israel" and chose an "extreme left-wing, anti-Israel" individual as her running mate, referring to Tim Walz.

Discussing the impact of the Biden-Harris administration on the Middle East, Trump asserted that Harris is "bad for both" Israelis and Palestinians and that "Biden did something impossible: both sides hate him."

He also referred to the "Axis of Evil" with nuclear capabilities, mentioning Iran, China, Russia, and North Korea.

Trump claimed that his approach to dealing with Iran ensured no problems arose, explaining, "I told China that if they buy oil from Iran, they won't do any business with the United States."

Reflecting on his presidency, Trump remarked, "Iran was bankrupt. They had no money for Hamas, no money for Hezbollah, no money for any of these terrorist tools."

Referring to the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel, Trump stated that if he were president, "Israel would have never been attacked."

He also expressed his desire to build an Iron Dome for the United States, saying, "We will have the best Iron Dome in the world. Why don't we have an Iron Dome? Israel has one; we need protection too."
