Trump hosted Netanyahu and his wife, Sara, at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, and criticized Harris, who expressed concern after meeting the Israeli leader about Palestinian civilian casualties from Israel's nine-month-old campaign in Gaza.
"I think her comments were disrespectful," Trump said.
Netanyahu said he hoped his visit to the United States would lead to a ceasefire agreement being reached more quickly.
