U.S. President Donald Trump told the Israeli channel "Kan" that "the Iranian proposal is unacceptable to me," adding, "I have reviewed the new Iranian proposal and it is unacceptable, and the battle is going excellently."
Furthermore, Trump called on the Israeli President, Isaac Herzog, to grant amnesty to the occupation's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding the cases for which he is accused.
In turn, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei stated on Sunday that Tehran has presented a 14-point proposal to stop the war, focusing on ending hostilities across all fronts, including Lebanon. He emphasized that "there are no nuclear negotiations at this stage."
According to statements reported by Iranian state media, Baghaei added that the Iranian offer "proposes reaching an understanding on ending the war and agreeing on how to implement it within 30 days."
He noted that "the American side has presented its opinion to the Pakistani side regarding our proposal, and we will review it and respond to it."
