US President Donald Trump stated that the war with Iran is over, emphasizing that Tehran will never possess a nuclear weapon and adding that this matter is completely settled.
Speaking Wednesday evening to a crowd at the National Mall in Washington, DC, during the launch of a festival celebrating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, Trump said: "Iran will never possess a nuclear weapon, that is a settled matter."
He added, "For the first time in 3,000 years, we will finally enjoy peace in the Middle East."
