U.S. media reported on Monday that President Donald Trump's administration is considering ending intelligence-sharing programs and military training for Ukraine.
According to The Washington Post, a senior administration official stated that Trump "intends to discuss the issue of halting military aid to Ukraine later with senior U.S. officials."
The newspaper explained that among the options under consideration are "blocking equipment, reducing intelligence-sharing, and limiting training for Ukrainian forces and pilots."
This development follows a heated exchange at the White House last Friday between President Trump and his Vice President, J.D. Vance, on one side, and their guest, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, on the other.
The discussion centered on the necessity of reaching a settlement with Russia.
Trump accused Zelensky of "gambling with World War III," while Vice President Vance remarked, "It is inappropriate for you, Mr. Zelensky, to come to the Oval Office and attempt to litigate us in front of the American media."
