Today, President Donald Trump said that judges' rejected his presidential lawsuits and he is not sure whether his claims will reach the Supreme Court or not.

Trump added that "We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing."

Trump criticized the court for not accepting his claim, saying "What kind of a court system is this?"

Judge Ken Starr said the president's path to victory is fading despite "numerous" examples of anecdotal evidence.

"But the difficulty now is translating those allegations, intuitions and the reports into actual legal evidence in court," Judge Ken Starr told Fox News.

Trump continued that he has the best lawyers and advocates in the Supreme Court, who are willing to fight for his claims.

The interview comes after weeks of legal challenges from the Trump campaign in battleground states like Pennsylvania and Georgia declaring voter fraud.

The president mentioned that he has eyewitnesses who would support his claims about the fraud happens in Pennsylvania, but the judges are turning their backs from them.

The president has yet to acknowledge the 2020 election, even as Biden announces Cabinet members and plans to assume office in January.

He stressed that there was cheating and that the Republicans should not let it slide for the future of the US.

Also, he challenged the president-elect Joe Biden to prove that the votes he received in the election were not “illegally obtained” to enter the White House.

The aforementioned Trump's statement came after Biden crossed the 80 million-vote threshold with ballots still being counted, giving the former vice president a lead of more than 6 million votes.
