US President Donald Trump stated that everyone is fully aware that Iran will agree to major weapons inspections to ensure long-term "nuclear transparency." This came in a post on his "Truth Social" platform.
In a different context, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Monday that Tehran did not discuss its nuclear program and did not accept any new obligations during Sunday's talks with the United States in Switzerland.
Baghaei added that Iran's engagement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will continue in accordance with established procedures, subject to the approval of the Iranian Parliament and the decisions of the Supreme National Security Council.
