According to the American channel "Alhurra," Trudeau's remarks came in response to a heated exchange that took place in the Oval Office between U.S. President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, in the presence of Vice President J.D. Vance.
During the meeting, the U.S. president held his Ukrainian counterpart responsible for the continuation of the war with Russia, which has now exceeded its third year. Trump accused Zelensky of manipulation and recklessness, warning that his actions could lead to a third world war.
