The Rafed Al-Haramain Initiative, launched by Umm Al-Qura University, represented by its Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services, in partnership with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, represented by the Center for Licensing and Training of Personnel Serving Pilgrims, has resumed its third consecutive year as part of its ongoing efforts to train and qualify personnel working within the Hajj and Umrah system.
The initiative begins its current season with a training program for field supervisors, targeting approximately 320 supervisors in the Hajj and Umrah sector. This will be achieved through a series of specialized training courses designed to enhance field performance and strengthen professional skills, particularly in customer service, effective communication, and field management.
These programs are an extension of Umm Al-Qura University's role in supporting vital sectors and contributing to the development of human capital. This aims to improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims and aligns with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to elevate the Hajj and Umrah experience.
