Tottenham Complete Djed Spence Move

Tottenham announced on Tuesday that they managed to sign Middlesbrough defender Djed Spence in a deal valued £20m.

The English right back went on a one-season loan during the last season with Nottingham Forest, guiding them promote to the English Premier League. Tottenham new signing player signed a 5-year contract with Spurs.

"I bring excitement, skill, speed. I just want to excite the fans and play well," he said, according to BBC.com.

Spence, who moved to Middlesbrough from Fulham's academy in 2018, found the back of the net on 46 occasions in all competitions for Forest last season.

"Last year was a great season, the stuff of dreams really. To play in the Premier League is a dream come true," he added. "I am just thankful that I have got here and I am going to get an opportunity to play in the Premier League at a big club like Tottenham," Spence told BBC.
