Top ROH Final Battle: End of Era Moments

A few hours ago, the last Ring of Honor (ROH) PPV show concluded its activities. The event was held under the theme of "Final Battle: the End of an Era" as it will be followed by a process of rebranding, and re-identifying the leading Pro-Wrestling company to start a new era or chapter in its history. So, here are the top Final Battle moments.

Final ROH Heavy Weight Champion

ROH superstar Jonathan Gresham was named as the  New ROH World Champion which means that he would be the final ROH Heavy Weight Champion for the concluded era.

His victory celebration among the whole ROH roaster on the ring trended on various social media platforms as one of the most joyful moments of the night.

Moreover, the championship will be moved to New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) company.

Braun Strowman (The Titan) Appearance

The appearance of the former WWE superstar Braun Strowman was one of the top moments in the night as Strowman's destination after leaving the WWE. He was questioned by the fans before he announced signing with an indie company.

During the event, ROH superstar EC3 delivered a speech asking his 8-man-tag-team gan, the Federation, to release "the titan," and calling for "Control Your Narrative."

FTR, The Briscoes Fued

The AAA Tag-team Champions FTR made a shocking appearance at the ROH which drew the attraction of the fans, in addition, they had a feud with the ROH tag-team champions The Briscoes. It is expected that the ROH Tagteam championship could be moved to the AEW as the commentary referred to the FTR as AEW superstars.

Deonna Challenges Rok-C

ROH Women's champion Rok-C succeeded in retaining her championship against Willow to be named as the final ROH Women's champion for the concluded era.

Shortly, the former Impact Knockouts Champion and the current AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Deonna Purrazzo stepped inside the ring and challenged Rok-C for ROH Women's Championship after finishing her match against Mickie James.

The match between Kenny King, and Shane Taylor, Fight without Honor, was one of the greatest moments of the event due to the impressive, and outstanding hardcore shots between both performers.

It is worthy to mention that ROH was founded in 2002, and it had wide contributions to today's Pro-Wrestling landscape as it witnessed the rise of hundreds of top pro-wrestling stars, therefore, several independent Pro-Wrestling companies participated at the final ROH event such as NJPW, AEW, Impact Wrestling, and AAA.
