Libyan Prime Minister (PM) Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah announced on Tuesday the arrest of Ali Mubarak Al-Khazmi, one of the ISIS terrorist organization's key leaders.
The joint operations force arrested Al-Khazmi in Bani Walid city. The operation was carried out in coordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office.
