Tiger Woods undergoes surgery due to tragic car crash

World-famous golfer Tiger Woods underwent a surgery after facing a horrible rollover crash moments ago in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department explained in an official statement that the golfer was the only person inside the car which faced "major damage" in the crash.

He was transported to the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, at the same moment, authorities initiated the investigation.

Woods agent, Mark Steinberg, told CBS Sports that the star "suffered multiple leg injuries" in the accident, and "He is currently in surgery."

The golfer was in Los Angeles Woods for shooting his scenes in a Discovery's GOLFTV feature, including former basketball player Dwayne Wade.
