Three Palestinians were killed and more than 10 others injured on Wednesday in Israeli airstrikes targeting several areas of Gaza City, according to medical sources in the Strip.
Sources at hospitals in Gaza said the strikes, which have continued since the morning, caused several casualties as Israeli military operations persisted across different parts of the city.
Medical teams are continuing to treat the injured, amid concerns that the number of casualties could rise if the bombardment continues.
In a separate incident, a source at Al-Shifa Hospital said two Palestinians were killed and several others injured in an Israeli drone strike northwest of Gaza City.
The injured were transferred to the hospital for treatment, while medical teams continued to monitor their condition.
The strikes come amid continued Israeli military escalation across parts of the Gaza Strip, where humanitarian and field conditions remain under severe pressure.
