"Thor: Love and Thunder" Wraps Filming

"Thor: Love and Thunder", the fourth installment of the Thor franchise, has been filming in Sydney, Australia, since January.

Luca Vanella, who served as a hair designer for the movie, announced on Instagram that the production had wrapped.

He also shared photos of the Thor wrap gifts he received, which were a signed Thor comic book and a metallic mini-statue.

"Thanks to my team for this thoughtful gift... IT'S A WRAP!!" he captioned.

American actress Jaimie Alexander, who plays Sif, had commented on the post with multiple clapping hands emoji.

Vanella had also work in the hair and makeup department on every movie featuring Chris Hemsworth as Thor since Thor: The Dark World.

He has also collaborated with Hemsworth on other projects including, "Men in Black: International", "Extraction", and "In the Heart of the Sea".

Marvel Studios has yet to comment.

Directed by Taika Waititi, the movie sees Chris Hemsworth reprising his role as Thor and Chris Pratt reprising his role as Peter Quill or Star-Lord.

It will also feature Christian Bale taking on the villain role as Gorr the God Butcher as well as Natalie Portman reprising her role as Jane Foster, who at some point in the movie will be wielding Mjolnir and taking on the Thor mantle.

The film also stars Russell Crowe, Matt Damon, Karen Gillan, Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, Melissa McCarthy, Sean Gunn, Taika Waititi, and others.

“Thor: Love and Thunder” will hit theaters on February 11, 2022.
