He is known for his impressive history in the political world especially since becoming Obama’s Vice President in 2008 elections. However, there is so much more to know about him. So, here are some things you need to know about Joe Biden:

He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania before moving at the age of 10 with his family to the state of Delaware. He graduated high school at the Archmere Academy in 1961 and finished his bachelor double major degree in arts, history and political science with a minor in English at the Delaware University in 1665.

In 1968, Biden finished his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law in New York. He also worked as a general attorney before pursuing his political career.

Two

In 1973, when Biden was only 29 years old, he was announced as the United States Senator for Delaware state which made him the 6th youngest senator in the history of the United States. He served as the Delaware senator till 2009 when he resigned to be America’s Vice President after Obama was announced as the 44th U.S President.

Three

He ran for president for the first time in 1988 for the democratic party before running again in 2008. However, he quickly pulled out and took Obama’s offer to run for Vice President.

Despite, the fact that Obama did not publicly support Biden in the 2020 elections except after he won in the primary elections, there is no doubt that their strong relationship helped Biden gain many of the minority votes.

They had three children together Beau Biden who was the 44th Attorney General of Delaware before dying with cancer in 2015; Hunter Biden who is a successful American lawyer and investment advisor and Naomi Christina Biden who unfortunately died in 1972 when she was only a year and a few months old along with her mother in a car crash leaving Biden and his two sons alone.
