The summer season has begun along with vacation trips.

During vacation, it is easy to fall out of healthy habits. Inpiduals discover after the trip an undesirable weight gain, despite the season is considered to be very suitable for losing weight and not vice versa.

Here are some nutritionist tips to maintain your weight during traveling.

1- Eat many fruits, especially those filled with fibers, such as apples, watermelon, muskmelon, and cantaloupe.

The body requires sugars which can be found in these delicious seasonal fruits.

2- A varied breakfast filled with different nutrients, especially if vacationing at a hotel that offers delicious morning breakfast.

3- Every country is famous for its delicious sweets. Consume the sweets to overcome the cravings without feeling deprived and eating them too much.

4- Some nutritionists recommend following intermittent fasting for 12 hours, which helps the body burn what is consumed throughout the day.

5- At an open buffet or restaurant, choose grills and avoid foods that contain bechamel and creams as it includes large indispensable calorie.

Consume high-protein foods to gain muscle mass top with movement much in our normal routine also eat vegetables and salads without dressing.

6- Avoid snacks, pumpkin seeds, and peanuts, and rely on large quantities of water. If you want to drink juice, consume fresh juice without adding sugar.
