The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued the “Umrah and Visit Guide” in 16 international languages to enable pilgrims to access guidance and organizational information in their native tongues. This aims to enhance awareness and facilitate the performance of rituals with ease and peace of mind.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday that the guide serves as an interactive educational resource covering all stages of the Umrah and visit journey, from pre-travel preparations and visa and permit procedures to performing the rituals, navigating the Two Holy Mosques, and finally, departure procedures.
SPA noted that the issuance of the “Umrah and Visit Guide” is part of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s ongoing efforts to improve the experience of pilgrims, enhance procedural and organizational awareness, and support digital transformation in services. This contributes to facilitating the pilgrims’ and visitors’ journeys and improving the quality of services provided to them.
