Today, Friday, activists on social media circulated a video clip showing the Israeli army using a Palestinian detainee as a human shield, in the south of the occupied West Bank.
The detainee appeared in the circulated video sitting on the ground, blindfolded, with Israeli military vehicles behind him and a soldier aiming his rifle at a group of Palestinians.
According to what was reported by the Al-Quds News Network website, the detainee is the freed prisoner Alaa Abu Hashhash.
Witnesses indicated that the incident occurred at dawn today, Friday, in Al-Fawwar Palestinian refugee camp near Hebron.
