The holy month of Ramadan witnessed many celebrities starring in several TV commercials, including Lebanese superstar Nancy Ajram and Egyptian actor Amir Karara.
The pair starred in a TV commercial for a mobile network advertisement, which was filmed in a hangar in the 6th of October desert by director Tamer Mahdi.
The filming lasted for two days while the preparation lasted a week and featured a top-notch level of artistic elements.

* Nancy’s dress
All the details for the clothes in the TV commercial were handmade, there was no ready-to-wear clothing purchased.
Ajram wore a plain printed lime-dotted dress. The dots were hand-drawn. The design of the dress was completed after the arrival of the Lebanese singer to Egypt and a fitting dress was held, which fit perfectly.

* Amir Karara’s outfits
Karara’s appeared in very distinguished and design challenge clothing, which was completely designed and implemented in a week by Al-Tunisi’s team, which included Ahmed Allam, Asma El Sharkawy, Dalia Naguib, Aya Metwally, Mona Massad, and Donia Rifat.
The team also featured designers Ahmed Zaki, Rabie Issa, and special effects expert Ahmed El Hefnawy, who was responsible for the armor and other parts of the costume.

* Difficult challenge
In the first fitting with the star Karara, he surprised the styling team with his announcement of keeping his costumes from the TV commercial as he desired to make a small museum in his office, a decision that presented them with a great opportunity for creativity.
The team relied on the linen textile and leather for material under the armor to provide the actor with a healthy texture.
They were also keen to design belts, sandals, and boots for these characters, which were created by hand embroidery that played a major distinction and unique role with different materials.
*Final countdown
All the display arrangement for what the commercial needed to be ready and harmoniously on the filming day, a day which witnessed an artistic epic taking place between the styling team led by Mona Al-Tunisi, the clothes led by Ahmed Zaki, special effect crew led by Ahmed El Hefnawy, and the makeup and hair team led by Inaki Maestre.
The actors and extras wore their costumes at the same time; all these small details were adopted step-by-step to present the outcome that was seen in the TV commercial.
