“The Good Wife” Egyptian Remake to Premiere in January 2023

Tunisian actress Hend Sabry‘s new TV series “Fi Mahab Al Reeh” is set to premiere in January 2023. 

The cast also includes Maged El Masry, Eyad Nassar, Jumana Mourad, Noha Abdin, and others.

It consists of 45 episodes and is helmed by Ahmed Khaled Mousa. The series is a remake of the 2009 US legal and political series “The Good Wife“.

The original series is an American legal and political drama television series that aired on CBS from September 2009 to May 2016. It is created by Robert and Michelle King and consisted of 9 seasons and 156 episodes.

“The Good Wife” is centered around Alicia Florrick, played by Julianna Margulies, who has been a good wife to her husband a former state’s attorney (Chris Noth), and has to provide for her family and return to work as a litigator in a law firm after he is behind bars following a very humiliating and corruption scandal.

Sabry was last seen in the family comedy film “Fadl W Neama”.
