Egyptian designer Marmar Halim presented her new Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
The designs were distinguished by different and daring designs.
The collection is considered a new chapter for the designer, who went global several years ago with her designs that were worn by Hollywood, Arab, and Egyptian stars.
* The collection
The designs combined high-end materials and embodiment applied artistry with cuts close to the body to show its grace, unlike most of Halim’s previous collections that didn't show the shape of the body.
* The dress and the top
The designs varied between formal dresses and evening gowns and the top and skirt set, a direction Halim used for years by relying on practical ideas and sustainability as well as by re-presenting multiple options to the design.
*Hat and gloves
The designer featured the collection with classic hats, which added a special touch to the evening dresses.
It also featured transparent tulle gloves that emphasized the style of elegance adopted by the designer to those who wear her line.
*Dramatic colors
Halim presented designs featured in black and white colors, which she mainly relied on.
The designer also presents metallic colors of tin and silver as well as cheerful candy colors.
*Materials
Halim mostly uses Charmeuse, Silk, Rayon, and Chiffon for her brand, which are ideal materials for romantic evening dresses.
The materials offer a delightful impression of transparency and lightness.
