The U.K. is set to begin to ease restrictions from April 12 following a third national lockdown that was put in place in January.

“The Crown” premiered in 2016 and centered around the royal family through several periods, starting in the late 1940s and early 1950s with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip’s marriage and early careers then moved to the 1960s and 1970s with Season 3.

Season 4 focused on the relationship between Prince Charles and Princess Diana, who was born in 1961. The upcoming season will delve into the early 1990s, a hugely turbulent period for the Royal Family.

The series is set to end with season 6, taking the series up to the early 2000s, meaning that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will never figure in the production.
