The leaders explained in the final statement: “The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is obligated to complete the investigation into the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Israel against the Palestinian people in all the occupied Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem.
They directed the General Secretariats of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the League of Arab States to monitor Implement this requirement and establish two legal monitoring units with specialists who will document Israeli crimes committed in Gaza starting October 7, 2023.
They vowed to prepare materials for judicial proceedings regarding all violations of international humanitarian law committed by Israel against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem ".
