The World Government Summit kicked off today, Monday, in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates under the slogan : "Exploring the Future of Governments".
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi along with 20 heads of state and government, more than 250 ministers, heads of about 80 international organizations, and a large number of international economists and heads of international companies are participating in the summit.
The summit will continue until Wednesday, with the participation of delegations and experts from 150 countries.
The agenda of the World Government Summit includes a set of interactive dialogue sessions within 6 main axes that include the future of societies, health care, governance of economic resilience and communication, education, jobs, accelerating development and governance, exploring new horizons, and designing and sustaining global cities.
The summit participants will also discuss, during more than 110 main, interactive and dialogue sessions, the most prominent current and future global challenges, and ways to improve government performance, with a focus on the use of technology and innovation to confront regional and international challenges.
The summit activities include a number of forums to discuss future strategies and plans to enhance the efforts of governments.
