The Egyptian Metrological Authority said that Egypt is predicted to see a slight decrease in temperatures on Tuesday.
It added that hot and humid weather is also predicted to prevail in Greater Cairo, the Delta, South Sinai, northern Upper Egypt, and the northwest coast.
Temperatures will be lower along the northeast coast and higher in southern Upper Egypt.
The weather will be moderate and humid at night over most parts of the country.
Active winds are expected on northern Upper Egypt, northwestern coasts and South Sinai, reducing humidity at night.
Light fog is expected in the morning on some roads leading to Greater Cairo, the Delta, and the North Coast.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height with northwestern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough, ranging between two and three meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
Moderate and humid weather is predicted to prevail across the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 34°C in Cairo, 30°C in Alexandria, 40°C in Qena, and 41°C in Aswan.
