The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that extremely hot and humid weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the south of the country, during daylight hours on Monday.
Moreover, hot and humid weather will prevail on the Northern coasts.
It is also foreseen that the temperatures will continue to prevail in most parts of the country, with the high humidity levels increasing the perceived temperature by 2 to 4 degrees.
Furthermore, the country will witness light mist on the roads leading to Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern coasts.
Winds will occasionally occur on Northwestern Coasts and South Sinai, which reduces the feeling of high humidity at night.
Moderate and humid weather is predicted to prevail across the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 40°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 32°C in Marsa Matruh, 41°C in Sohag, 42°C in Qena, and 42°C in Aswan.
