Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian said what is happening on paper in the Vienna negotiations is good but not enough, and the Americans should show their good intentions by making something concrete happen on the ground.

And the foreign minister added in a statement to reporters today, Saturday: "What the Iranian delegation is seeking regarding guarantees comes at all political, legal, and economic levels, and understandings have been reached in some parts, but the Iranian negotiating delegation is still seeking seriously to obtain tangible guarantees from the western side and ensure its compliance with the obligations under the Vienna Agreement.”

And he added, "We have frankly told the American parties, who have conveyed messages these days through mediators, that they must show their good intentions, and showing that means something tangible has happened on the ground and lifting part of the sanctions in the truest sense of the word, and in a realistic way that can be a good translation of the goodwill that Americans talk about it.

Abdullahian pointed out that what is happening on paper in the negotiations on sanctions is good, but it is not enough.
