On Thursday, veteran actor Tawfik Abdel Hamid contracted COVID-19, according to Hassan Wahba.
Abdel Hamid told media outlets that he suffered from coronavirus symptoms a week ago, however, his sisters advised him to self isolate and follow COVID-19 medical protocols.
On the other hand, the artist didn't have any PCR tests, but he preferred to follow the necessary protocols until the results of the tests were declared.
The actor said that his medical condition is stable and under control.
Born in 1956, Abdel Hamid participated in several unforgettable TV series such as "Hadith El Sabah Wi El Masaa," "Hadrit El Motaham Abi," "Ain Qalbi," and "El Nas Fi Kafr Askar."
