TASS: Russian-Ukrainian Talks Not Cancelled, Merely Postponed 

The Russian-Ukrainian discussions have not been canceled, according to a source close to the negotiations, but have been postponed, TASS reported.

"This is not a cancellation; the schedule has been modified; formal information will be available soon," the person stated.

According to TASS, the new round of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations will take place in Belarus' Belovezhskaya Pushcha.

The first session of negotiations took place in Belarus' Gomel Region on February 28. The sides "walked through all agenda topics in detail, and found several spots where similar stances could be projected," according to Russian delegation chief Vladimir Medinsky, and agreed to continue the discussions process.
