Tariq Aboul Enein: Egypt Can be Advanced Industrial Country

The international magazine "The Economist" interviewed the businessman TariqTariq Abu Aboul Enein, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cleopatra Group, about his vision to develop the industrial sector in Egypt.

He expressed his investment policies that establish the penetration of modern technology in operating systems, production, costs and quality.

Aboul Enein revealed the reasons for the notable successes in the Cleopatra Group day after day.

He said: “It required modern studies of advanced technology and the speed of using them in industry, so the advancement of the industry is directly related to the extent of the use of modern technology in the components of work, and harnessing modern technology to serve the industry.

“The world is on the threshold of a technological revolution which is the fourth industrial revolution,” he added. “This revolution is led by technologies of artificial intelligence, robots, the Internet of things, 3D printers, self-driving cars, drones, and huge data.”

"This technology offers great opportunities for companies, for example; for example, Internet of Things technology and what it includes from connecting devices and things to a private network or the Internet, in addition to big data technology,” Aboul Enein stated.

He noted: “Analyzing such data allows increasing productivity and improving corporate management and enabling it to respond to one's desires Consumer needs."

Aboul Enein confirmed that the world today is moving from cloud computing to fog computing and both provide data storage.

The prominent businessman noted: “Fog computing is closer to the end-user and has a wider geographical spread, and for Egypt to achieve leadership.”

“Egypt`s government can support companies by offering initiatives to encourage them to use modern technology and the fourth generation in the field of industry,” Aboul Enein said.
