The renowned actor Tamer Hosny is celebrating his birthday today, and wishes are pouring on him from all around.
Hosny, one of the finest and creative Egyptian singers, actors, composers, that the Egyptian and Arab film industry could ever have, turned 44 on Monday. With fans across the Arab world, he is also one of the most loved and adored celebs.
On his special day, his co-star Diab took to his Instagram handle and penned down a sweet message for his friend.
Diab shared a picture of Hosny and wrote: "Happy Birthday, King of the Generation. May you keep breaking boundaries forever."
One of the most acclaimed actors of his generation, Hosny is known for his wide range of roles across blockbusters, romantic films, and on the stage. He was born on 16 August 1977 to an Egyptian father and Syrian mother.
His breakthrough came in 2004 with his third album called 'Hob', which made him a successful singer of romantic music and an unexpected young star.
Several more albums followed, and he won many domestic and international awards, including Best Arab Artist at Murex D'Or in 2014 and 2016, and Best Arab Artist at the Middle East Music Awards in 2015.
