The video shows that Youness dances with a group of men, singing about the man's reactions when a girl refuses to know them.

Mahmoud El Esseily appeared in the video singing with Tameem.
Salmonella sparked controversy among Twitter users who were pided between for and against the song.

The opposed claimed that the song disrespects women and is an attempt for Tameem to bring him fame again after his first song "Enti Ay Kalam".

Then, Tameem explained in a video why he made this song, saying he meant to highlight the reactions of a man when any girl leaves him, adding that he didn't mean to defame women.
