The Egyptian universities across the state will resume studying on Saturday after the end of the Eid Al Fitr break that started last Sunday, the Ministry of High Education announced on Wednesday.
In the same context, the whole student cities started receiving university students after the end of the break by following the whole medical codes of protection against COVID-19.
On the other hand, sources from the Ministry of Education told local reporters that April 29 was the final studying day at all schools as the official holiday of Eid Al Fitr, Sinai Day, Workers’ Day will start from April 30 to May 5.
The reporters highlighted that students in transitional academic years will start their final exams on Saturday May 7, and each year will start its summer vacation immediately after the end of the final exams.
Officially, kindergarten and grade 1,2, and 3 will finalize their academic year on May 19.
Last month, the Ministry of Education highlighted that studying won’t be suspended in Ramadan, and the educational process will follow its announced schedule without any amendments, media agencies reported on Sunday.
The second academic term will end on May 7 as it was previously announced, and students will only have regular weekends, and fest days off, alongside any national off days.
In the same context, the ministry released the fourth-grade exam methodology as the February and March exams will be unified in one exam only, and they will take place between April 2 and 6, as the topics of the curriculum will include the discussed topics between January and March.
The final exams will take place between May 8 and 12.
