"We are now on verge of the new Libya," Stephanie Williams, the acting head of the United Nations mission in Libya said on Monday, according to Sky News agency.
In her word before the Libyan forum dialogue hosted in Tunisia, she added that the new Libya comes after years of pision, and multiple crises.
"We are moving forward relying on the Libyans' will and determination, as well as their right to protect their homeland and its wealth," she continued.
Moreover, Williams stressed that the signing of the permanent ceasefire deal has helped de-escalate tensions.
She expressed her hope to achieve consensual solutions for the benefit of Libya.
