Steadfast Until The Day of Judgment

We will overcome this crisis as we overcame many others.

Wars and natural disasters, but our country has a lot of goodness, and its people will remain steadfast  until the Day of Judgment. I remember a phrase we used to hear all the time, “In Egypt, no one sleeps without dinner.” We were the first people to set tables in the street and invite the strangers to food, and it extended to become Ramadan charity  Iftar or Mawaid el-Rahman during the holy month of Ramadan for every needy and sick person. Then it turned into charity boxes throughout the year.. our good people feel the needy and give them the best they have.

The Egyptians have turned many crisis into opportunities and challenges, love, solidarity and cohesion that makes the rich help the poor, so the social protection policies and initiatives put in place by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for the most needy families succeed, our country witnessed over the past year epic successes presented by the rural house brilliantly, as the network of small projects spread.

The economic crisis is sweeping the whole world, and everyone suffers from high prices,  Egypt is part of this world, but we will overcome and get out of this crisis  stronger through rationalizing consumption and increasing production!.

It's time to remember how our ancestors succeeded in overcoming the wars and disasters that we faced throughout history, how they were baking at home while the Egyptian woman raised birds. The time has come for the Egyptian mother to return to simple jobs such as knitting and sewing, and raise poultry and produce ghee, cheese and bread, and sew her clothes and the clothes of her children and the children of the neighbors. We must reconsider our lifestyle and consumption. We cannot deny that our consumption pattern in the past period requires a lot of rationalization. Many countries have experienced the same crises that we are going through, such as Japan, China and Malaysia.

The president of Brazil da Silva  adopted an austerity policy applied by his government, so Brazil transformed from a debtor country in the jungles of the Amazon forest that was suffering from  ignorance, poverty and debt to the sixth largest economy in the world thanks to his policy that supported the poor class, when he was able to persuade many businessmen and the middle class to back the poor.

We are able to overcome the crisis as prophet Muhammed -Peace be upon him- said Egyptian people will remain steadfast until the Day of Judgment.
