Prominent activist and author Stacey Abrams published her new novel "While Justice Sleeps" on Tuesday.
The new legal thriller book revolves around a young called Avery Keene. She works for justice Howard Wynn. Shortly he slipped into a coma. Next, she starts to trace Howard's steps in investigating one of the most serious and secret cases related to an American biotech company and an Indian genetics corporation in addition, she detects all involved characters to reach the truth.

It is the first book published under the real name of the author as she used to release her books under a pen name, Selena Montgomery.
The book is set to turn into a TV adaptation by Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, according to the Deadline website.
Abrams told the website on Monday: "I created While Justice Sleeps to unravel a political mystery about power and secrets through the eyes of a protagonist dealing with her own demons. I am excited about the book’s release today, and I look forward to working with Working Title Television and Universal Studio Group to bring the intriguing world of Avery Keene to television."
The author has been supported widely in the US as she contributed to Joe Biden's victory in the lastest presidential elections after turning Georgian into a blue state.
