Official Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said on Monday that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi shook hands with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Doha.
Both presidents stressed the 'deep' and 'historic' relations binding the two countries, and their peoples.
Moreover, they also agreed that this would be the beginning of the development of bilateral ties between both sides.
It is worth mentioning that, Sisi and Erdogan's meeting came on the sideline of FIFA World cup's opening ceremony in Doha.
