Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi, affirmed the Parliament’s support for the Arab and Egyptian position on the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and its categorical rejection of the displacement of the Palestinian people from their land in Gaza and the West Bank, stressing the importance of implementing a comprehensive reconstruction process in the Gaza Strip as soon as possible, in a way that guarantees the survival of the Palestinians on their land, especially in light of the steadfastness and complete adherence shown by the Palestinian people to their land.
Al-Yamahi stressed the necessity of implementing the ceasefire agreement in Gaza in all its stages and terms.
The President of the Arab Parliament called on the international community, the peoples of the world, and regional and international parliaments to support our oppressed brothers in Palestine and support joint Arab efforts regarding the Palestinian issue.
