The Spanish embassy in Kyiv will be reopened in a few days, Prime Minister (PM) Pedro Sanchez announced on Sunday.
"Soon, in a few days, we will reopen the Spanish Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, as a sign once again of the commitment of the Spanish government, and the Spanish community," Sanchez said in a statement.
It is worth mentioning that, the Spanish diplomats were evacuated from the Ukrainian capital shortly after the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine on February 24. They resumed their work from Poland.
Several European countries, including France, recently announced intentions to reopen their embassies in Kyiv.
